How to apply :
Applications need to be filled online in the following steps :
Step 1
Register yourself in our system
Our Registration Page will ask you to provide a
valid email address and ask you to choose a password not less than 6
characters.
Please note that we will use this email address for
further communication with you.
Click here to Register.
Step 2
Login in to our System
Please Provide the email address and password which you had chosen at the time of Registration with our system.
Click here to Login.
Step 3
Please select a department name to perform either of the following
- To fill your application of the corresponding department for first time.
- To update your already filled application of the corresponding department.
Step 4
Fill or update your application details by clicking on
appropriate links. Please note that once you fill or update the
information in the appropriate form you need to click on
either save/update button so that your data will be stored in our
system.
Step 5
Download the challan by Clicking here
and pay the fee in the bank.
The Application fee is 400/- for General/OBC category and
200/- for SC/ST category. Upload the scanned copy of your bank challan
by clicking the link provided in Main Forms Page.
Step 6
Upload your photograph by clicking on the link provided in Main Forms Page.
Step 7
You should take printout of your application for the
department you have chosen by clicking on the link provided in Main
Forms Page.
Note that this printout need to be carried when you are called for Interview/Written Test.
This application should not be mailed or posted to us.
Step 8
If you are called for the Written test/Interview you need to carry all your documents, printout of
your application (Which you can generate by selecting the appropriate link on Main Forms Page),
challan and certificates with you.
Step 9
One can apply to several departments. If you want to
apply to several departments you need to fill a separate application
for each department you want to apply. To fill your
application for the department "XYZ" first login to our system and
choose "XYZ"
in the list of department names. Please note that you
need to fill all your details for each department. Please note that you
need
to pay the application fee separately for each
department.
Step 10
You can keep on updating your application,upload the challan and photo till the last date.
Step 11
"Incomplete application will not be accepted".
Important Dates :
Last date for submitting the application is 18th Nov 2013 (4:00PM IST)
