Filled in application form with required certificates and a crossed Demand Draft for 1,000/- (non refundable) in favour of “The Registrar, JNT University Hyderabad” payable at Hyderabad dated not earlier than 30.03.2015 drawn on any Scheduled Bank recognized by RBI should reach “ The Director, Admissions JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500 085 on or before 27.04.2015 by 5.00 pm without fine and with a fine of Rs.1000/- upto 30.04.2015 by 5.00 pm.

ADMISSION TO FULL TIME Ph.D. RESEARCH PROGRAMMES (Under TEQIP-II)-2013

Applications are invited for admissions to the Full Time Ph.D. Research Programmes in major areas of Engineering at JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad.

Eligibility :

Educational Qualifications:

1. Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in concerned engineering disciplines with a minimum of 55 percent marks in aggregate. For SC / ST candidates the aggregate shall be 50%.
2. MCA or M.Sc. qualified candidates are not eligible for Ph.D. programmes in Computer Science & Engineering and other Engineering Streams.

IIT Jodhpur PhD programmes for December 2013

IIT Jodhpur invites applications for admissions to the PhD programmes for the semester commencing from December 2013 in the following disciplines :

Minimum Educational Qualification requirement :

Ph.D. (Engineering) : 

• M.Tech./ME/M. Sc. (Engg.) degree or equivalent
• B. Tech/BE/M. Sc. degree with a valid GATE score.

Ph.D. (Sciences and HSS) :

• M.Sc./M.A. Degree in respective or equivalent area with a valid GATE/UGC/CSIR score.

Part-time/Sponsored Category Candidates :

• Three years of relevant experience is needed for those with M. Tech degree and five years of relevant experience is needed for those with B. Tech or M. Sc. degree. This category is only for those who are working in research labs or in similar institutions. Please note that no financial assistance will be provided under this category.

Financial Assistance :

• Financial Assistance in the form of assistantship/ scholarship/ fellowship for a specified duration will be provided to eligible Ph.D. students (FULL TIME) as per the Institute norms or as per the funding agency norms (UGC / CSIR / DBT/ NBHM/ INSPIRE) of the assistantship.

Reservation Policy :

The MHRD, Government of India norms are applicable.
